◎ Description：

During the manufacturing of leather products, a series of intensive chemical treatments are required. However, the chemicals has to be washed out of the semi-produced leather after each chemical treatment procedure and the clearance consumes huge volume of clean water. At the meantime, huge amount of waste water is generated. And as a result, a waste water treatment system will become a critical facility in order to purify the waste water before it was transported to the public
sanitary sewer system. The Project of waste water treatment system is located inside a large scale Leather Producer which is based on southern Taiwan. The Project is constructed to serve the newly built leather production facility and factory. The HCP AF series submersible pumps are included in the Project in order to take the advantage of its heavy epoxy coating which provide good resistance to chemical aggressive fluid and material suspending in the waste water. Moreover, the design of non-clog impeller also provides good solution for removing the precipitation in the tanker where chemical treatments are taken place.
